MONICA PARK, CPO, Co-Founder, is a veteran brand manager with expertise in take-back and resale, and war stories from scaled global manufacturing in Hong Kong.

TARA ST JAMES, CDO, Co-Founder, has focused her career on circular design strategies, ethical supply chain practices, and sustainable textile sourcing with expertise in helping fashion startups navigate the woes of an archaic industry in transition.

RAZ GODELNIK, Assistant Professor of Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design - The New School in New York, where he explores sustainable business models and how companies can respond effectively to the climate crisis. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Director of the Strategic Design & Management BBA Program. He is the author of a new book: Rethinking Corporate Sustainability in the Era of Climate Crisis - A Strategic Design Approach (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021). 

CHRISTER HELLSTRAND, After leading the launch of International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG) in 2011 as Director of EHS for The Boeing Company, Christer has helped IAEG grow from 11 to close to 50 aerospace companies today representing well over half of the aerospace industry turn-over. Through collaboration IAEG is solving problems such as creating an efficient method for chemical reporting, developed a common methodology for Green House Gas emission reporting and effective risk mitigation for material obsolescence due to ever-increasing environmental regulations globally. Christer led the IAEG Board as its Chairman until his retirement from Boeing in 2015. Since then he has continued to support IAEG as Program Director. Christer’s work experience include senior leadership roles in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Environment, Health & Safety in Sweden, The Netherlands, U.K, Malaysia, Japan and the US. Christer has an MSc in Engineering Physics and an MSc in Statistics.

CYNTHIA POWER, Director of EILEEN FISHER Renew, the company’s clothing take back and reuse program founded in 2009. Every garment Renew takes back is sorted for its highest value and either resold, remanufactured, donated or recycled, helping EILEEN FISHER get closer to becoming a truly circular company. Cynthia is passionate about pulling businesses from linear to circular as part of a successful and healthy future for our industry and planet.

ADAM SIEGEL, Co-Founder & CEO of Recurate, a branded resale service that works with over 25 fashion brands, including Frye, RE/DONE, Mara Hoffman, La Ligne, and more. He was formerly the SVP of Innovation & Sustainability at the Retail Industry Leaders Association, where he facilitated collaborations on many pressing industry challenges, including the circular economy. He loves his young son, Joe, and all things outdoors.

ANDREW ZACHARAKIS, The John H. Muller, Jr. Endowed Professor in Entrepreneurship and the Director of the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference. He is past Chair of the Entrepreneurship Department at Babson College and has previously served as Director of the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship at Babson College. In addition, Zacharakis was the President of the Academy of Management, Entrepreneurship Division. Zacharakis is the co-author of five books. Zacharakis received a BS, University of Colorado; an MBA, Indiana University; and a PhD, University of Colorado. His professional experience includes positions with The Cambridge Companies (venture capital), IBM and Leisure Technologies.
